Compliance Services

Review and submit all paperwork needed for brokerage compliance and review. Send to Broker for approval and creation of the Disbursement Authorization.

Transaction Management

Stay in constant contact with all parties to the transaction. Follow up on the status of inspections, repairs, commitment, appraisal, etc. All time sensitive tasks are managed by us.

Listing Services

Review listing agreement. Add listing to MLS, upload photos, tours, all applicable documents. Email MLS to client for notice and review. Submit to Broker in required timeline.
